A Note From Jen

Hi friend. I am so glad you are here. My name is Jen Howat, and I am the founder of Women in Ministry United.

I understand first hand what it's like to be overwhelmed with all there is do to in ministry and wonder if you can keep going.

As a pastor, I had very little blank space on my calendar. I would run from one thing to the next and I'm just going to be honest with you...I was so tired. I felt it. I felt it physically in my body, it impacted my mind and I sensed it in my spirit. I bet you do too.

We often get discouraged as we try to manage it all. We may feel like it's all we can do to show up and get through another day. Our souls feel burdened and weary.

And worst of all, we keep it under wraps.

It doesn't have to be this way. You can do what you love in a way that honors God and allows you to thrive.

Here at Women in Ministry United, we want to help you restore your soul and create rhythms and boundaries for healthy leadership.

Let's unite behind the belief that busyness and burnout should not be the norm...that there is a way to thrive in ministry without losing yourself on the journey.
