Helping You Get out of the Perpetual Cycles of Busyness and Overwhelm, So You Can Find Joy in Your Calling and Have Time for Things Outside of Ministry

Do you feel overwhelmed by the expectations of ministry? Is your soul feeling dry and weary? Have you lost your passion for your calling? Do you have little time for yourself? Are you disconnected from meaningful relationships because of your ministry role?

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions I believe you are battling burnout. Don't worry...you are not alone!

Many of us struggle with busyness and burnout and don't realize it. One of the reasons why is that we have a misconception that the woman who is burned out is the one who has given so much of herself to her ministry that she can barely function. Her life is unravelling at the seams. And if that is you, yes, I'd say you're burned out and I'm glad you're here!! But burnout simply means exhausted, depleted, worn-out, and weary. Sound familiar? If so, then Women in Ministry United is the right place for you!

We are a community of women dedicated to supporting each other. Our goal is to help you change the way you do life and ministry so that you can experience joy and peace...no matter what comes your way!

A Note From Jen

Hi friend. I am so glad you are here. My name is Jen Howat, and I am the founder of Women in Ministry United.

I understand first hand what it's like to be overwhelmed with all there is do to in ministry and wonder if you can keep going.

As a pastor, I had very little blank space on my calendar. I would run from one thing to the next and I'm just going to be honest with you...I was so tired. I felt it. I felt it physically in my body, it impacted my mind and I sensed it in my spirit. I bet you do too.

We often get discouraged as we try to manage it all. We may feel like it's all we can do to show up and get through another day. Our souls feel burdened and weary.

And worst of all, we keep it under wraps.

It doesn't have to be this way.

Here at Women in Ministry United, we want to help you recover from burnout and rediscover joy in your calling while having time for things outside of ministry.

Let's unite behind the belief that busyness and burnout should not be the norm...that there is a way to thrive in ministry without losing yourself on the journey.
